Covid-19 Update

COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

In line with the latest Government guidelines, we have made some essential changes to some of our services at the clinic in effect from Thursday 5th November until further notice.

All ‘In-Clinic’ nutrition consultations will move to ‘Online’ appointments – as a clinic we operate largely online already and therefore any disruptions should be as minimal as possible to you.

All other services including IV therapy, testing and supplement orders will operate as normal.

The full updates have been outlined below.

Online Consultations

All nutrition consultation appointments will now be carried out online. This experience is similar to in-person appointments, the only difference being that your call will be via a secure video connection instead of face to face. We are currently in the process of contacting all existing bookings with the relevant updates and information for your appointments and appreciate your patience and understanding while we implement this.

Supplements

Supplement orders from the clinic are still being accepted and will be mailed to you as usual. These are sent on first-class delivery however please note there may be some postal delays due to the current situation.

Communication

Telephone and email correspondence is not affected and will operate as normal. We always aim to respond to any query within 24 hours, however during this busy and difficult time this could take longer. We appreciate your understanding.
